Enterprise Search 2.0:
Moving Beyond "Single-Shot Relevancy"

 

Enterprise users are very frustrated with search, and the continued vendor hype about improving "relevancy" has repeatedly failed to deliver. While some customers have taken to swapping out vendors, the larger problem is the inevitable failure of the flawed "Single-Shot Relevancy" usage model.

Enterprise search customers need to re-think their expectations and adopt some of the new Search 2.0 techniques within the enterprise.
